After launching a re-design of their platform in late 2018, cryptocurrency listings website CoinCodex has reached its next major milestone, launching a mobile application for the Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
The vast CoinCodex database containing over 3,000 coins trading on more than 130 exchanges is now available at your fingertips, wherever you go. When you open up the app, you will be greeted by the familiar list of the top 100 cryptocurrencies sorted by market cap and their 24-hour performance. These settings can be adjusted to your preferences, so you can, for example, view the top 200 coins and rank them by monthly performance.
You can log in to the app with your existing CoinCodex username, and your portfolio and watchlist will automatically appear in the mobile app. If you don’t have a CoinCodex account, you can of course easily create your portfolio and watchlist from scratch.
The portfolio feature allows you to enter the type and quantity of cryptocurrency you own in order to easily track the performance of your holdings. For any given timeframe, you can see the best and worst performers in your portfolio, so you can get a better perspective on how your cryptocurrency investments are panning out.
Just like the CoinCodex website, new upgrades will be added to the mobile application on a regular basis. Right now, the main priority of the team is to bring as many features as possible from the website to the mobile app while retaining the smooth user experience CoinCodex prides itself on.
Going forward, you can expect features such as a newsfeed, 360° market overview, alerts, exchange and trading pair stats to come to the CoinCodex mobile app. Of course, the app is ready to rock right now, so you’re invited to head over to the Play Store or the App Store and give it a try.
