Hdac Technology AG (Hdac) together with Dream Global Partners (operating under its global trademark “DREAMChain”®), held a business agreement ceremony on August 16th establishing the foundation of a comprehensive collaborative partnership to expand and incorporate blockchain-based real estate enterprises world-wide.

The ceremony was held on the 3rd floor of Hdac office building, with Hdac Technology Korea CEO, Michael Yoon, and Dream Global Partner’s President, Pietro A. Doran, with each of the companies’ key executives and other VIP guests in attendance.

The business agreement consists of the following key initiatives:

  • co-development and diversification of real estate blockchain based enterprises on the Hdac platform;
  • build-out of a world-wide network of blockchain based co-working “Innovation Centers”;
  • establish blockchain technology based Smart City initiatives globally;
  • combine both tech and marketing to accelerate the global initiatives;
  • through the partnership with Dream Global Partners, Hdac plans to spur expansion and commercialization of Hdac platform by the establishment and expansion of a global ecosystem.

Dream Global Partners is a pioneer in the convergence of global real estate industry and blockchain technology. Dream Global Partners’ mission is to establish “DREAMChain” as a globally recognized branded gateway to a highly decentralized ecosystem in which user communities are directly guided to “DREAMChain” Alliance Partners (DApps) operating within the “DREAMChain” mainnet platform. President Pietro A. Doran served as the first CEO of Morgan Stanley Properties Korea and as founding partner and project CEO lead the development of Incheon Songdo New City International Business District.

Michael Yoon, Hdac Technology Korea CEO, stated “I anticipate that the collaboration with Dream Global Partners will be the first case to present Hdac’s technical potential to the market.” He added “As of this point, Hdac will put all the efforts to commercialize our platform and as well as expand our ecosystem through incubation of DApp (Distributed Application) partners and through the business diversification.”

In the meanwhile, Hdac and Dream Global Partners will be jointly participating in the ‘Realty Expo Korea 2018,’ a grand-scale global Real Estate exhibition that includes the world’s first “Real Estate Block Chain Forum,” to be held at COEX, Samsung, from the 19th to the 21st of September. Hdac will be sponsoring the event and exhibit its IoT Smart home solution ‘HERIOT,’ which Hdac will soon launch the commercialization on a global scale.
